Aesop Rock Typography Design

I’ve been doing a lot of typography-based drawing to increase my skill in drawing. I made some 3D type lettering. As you can see in the doodle, each of the letters are composed of just squares and straight lines. I quickly figured out that it is impossible to do this with certain letters. Fortunately, all of the letters in Aesop Rock work with this kind of font I created.

I then scanned this doodle into my computer and refined it with Illustrator. I straightened the lines and fixed the position of the vanishing point so each of the lines would point to exact same place (as such in real life). After, I made it into catchy eye-candy in photoshop. I even used my cereal texture as a background!

Why America is going down the tubes

I was at Busch Gardens about a month ago with my sister. We had just found a parking spot and boarded a tram. For those who aren’t really clear about what the trams at Busch Gardens look like here is a picture:

It takes about 3 minutes to get into Busch Gardens by way of the tram. So we had just boarded and two seats in front of us a couple sat down. The woman asks the driver, “Is this air-conditioned?”

First Ever Photshop Cereal Texture

I was eating some Fruity Cheerios the other day. While munching away, I noticed the awesome colors and texture of the little “O’s.” I have never seen a cereal texture for Photoshop so I am posting these. Click on the pictures to get the huge sizes.
